Chapter 7: havent got a name. sorry!

Heya guys! I realised that I havent posted up any chapter for nearly a month. I'm sooooooo sorry! I posted today because I have the day off.
The teachers are striking today so I get to stay home most part of he day. Kind of. Whenever I have spare time, I'm always here, typing this new chapter for you guys.
Btw, pleaseeeeee read the end note because some thing VERY VERY VERY important is down there. MAKE SURE YOU READ IT!!!!!

"- Have you heard of 'Hatinggabi lason?" Asked Ravel.
"Is it a name or something?" Valkyrie questioned.
"Close. It's a virus that crawls in to you at exactly at midnight. It's called Midnight Poisn in Filipino."
"So how do people get it?"
"Well exactly at-" Started Ravel.
"Exactly at midnight," Interuppted Skulduggery, "Three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Because that's when the moon is the most powerful-est. Two people at the exact opposite side of the country who has to be different magic ability to each other and has the same birthday date and month. They start at one to twelve and then start again. They can also be a human. You get it now?" Questioned Skulduggery.
"Thanks Skulduggery for doing my job. I really appreiate it!" Said Ravel sarcasticly.
"Your welcome." Smiled Skulduggery, not acknoleging the sarcastic comment.
"I don't get it, Skulduggery. Is it like, for example, on Monday, an Adept who's birthday is at the 1st of January, then so is the Elemental. Wednesday is 2nd of January, then is 3rd of January on Friday.
Oh, and Skulduggery, I don't think that powerful-est is a word....." Valkyrie trailed off.
"Who are you, my teacher? Of course I know that powerful-est is a word. Pftt, I'm smart. Anyways, yes you got it right. Good job. Looks like some of my smartness has finally got to you!"
"Yeah. Sure Skulduggery. Say whatever you want that makes you go to sleep at night! And sure Skulduggery. You wished that some of your smartness has got on me!"
"Huh? I don't need to say anything to make me go to sleep at night well. I don't sleep...." Said Skulduggery, doesn't get the sarcastic quote.
Valkyrie sighs. "Sometimes I wonder if you acturally have anything in that empty skull of yours. Oh wait, you don't have anything in there!" Valkyrie jabbed a finger in his chest.
"Ouch!" Skulduggery held his chest like he was hurt. "For a small person, you jabb hard and what you said wasn't very nice. I'm both phisically hurt and mentally hurt! I'm going to die! Oh!" Skulduggery gasped and fell to the ground dramatically.
"Oh grow up Skulduggery, you're 400 years old but you act like a 5 yr old!" Said Valkyrie. "Anyways, where's Ravel gone?"
"I'm here!" Ravel waved. He sighed, "Oh I thought at least Valkyrie would remenber that im here but, I'm wrong. I'll just go to that corner and cry to myself, and nobody would care...." He walked sulkily to the corner and sat down. He buried his head inside his arm and pretend to cry.
"Oh so now I have to deal two 5yr olds." Sighs Valkyrie. "Oh there there Ravel." She cooed him while slowly stroking his back. "I'm sorry for hurting your feeling. I'll never forget you ever again!"
She gave him a kiss on the cheeks. Ravel looked up and smiled, wiped away the imaginary tears and stood up. They hugged, and heard a cough behind them.
"Don't I get a hug? Asked Skulduggery with a strained voice. Valkryie turned her head and saw Skulduggery's face. It was full of anger, sadness and....... Jelousy? Why would Skulduggery feel jeloused? But she brushed it off since it was only a flash of it. She quickly ran up to Skuldggery and hugged him tightly, and he returned it. A bit forcefully.
"Ok ok. Enough. We have to get back on to task. We need you to go and investigate the hatinggabi lason. It's been effecting a whole lot of people. The Sensitives are working over time to convince the normal people that their friends haven't turned into a monster that is going to destroy the world."
"Ok. Sorry. But how do you identify someone who has being infected by the hatinggabi lason?" Valkyrie asked?
"Well, the first thing that's the most obvious is: the person who's infected has got super ichy hair. So who ever scratch their hair a lot is most likely infected." Said Skulduggery, recovering from the stiffness.
"How can you know that he or she has got nits instead of being infected? You go up to them and go 'Hey! Just poping over and see if you are infected with a disease or if you have nits?' And they wouldn't called the police on you or start banging you on the head with a woman's purse?"
"Hm, I've never been hit on the head before. Should I try? Uh no....."
"Well, apart from the head itch, there's the eye colour change. They change into a much darker shade of their original colour. They also have a very short temper." Said Ravel. "You guys will have to go to Australia. The attacks are over there. I'll send over 20 cleavers over to help with the missions. I've also contacted the Australian Sancutary to let them know that your over there in a mission and if you guys need anything from there you can use it. You don't have to pack anything. Everything that is need will be provied over there. You'll be going to Melbourne first."
"Is it First class? Cause I really want to go on one!" Exclamied Valkyrie.
"Unfortunately, no. You'll be arriving with Fletcher." Answered Skulduggery.
"Aw..." Frowned Valkyrie.
"Don't worry. The next time we go on holiday, I'll take you on a first class." Reassured Skulduggery.
"Yay!" Cheered Valkyrie. "Wait, when did we go on a holiday? Because, if my calculations are correct, we never did went on one...."
"Um.... Surprise? This we'll be a special one because it's our first one?" Tried Skulduggery.
Valkyrie glared. She huffed "Good cover up. Watch out next time 'cause next time I wont let you don't easy!" Warned Valkyrie.
Skulduggery shivered under her gaze. But he glared back. They had a staring contest and Ravel cleared his throat.
"Uh hm guys?" Said Ravel, snapping his phone case shut. 'Hm, since when did he have his phone out,' Valkyrie wondered.
"There's a slight change of plans. You guys are leaving now instead of tomorrow. There's to much people running around harming people. So get your lazy butts up and gte ready. I'll call Fletcher." Said Ravel.
"Ok. That's fine." Skulduggery said, straghtening his shirt and bow tie. "Valkyrie, you done yet?"
"Yes. I'm ready to go." Declared Valkyrie.
A few second later, Fletcher appeared from beside Valkyrie.
"Boo! Hey guys! Miss me?" Asked Fletcher Confidently.
"No we did not miss you." Said Valkrie Sarcasticly.
"Aw....." Fletcher trailed off, looking at the floor.
"Boy did I hurt him...." Muttered Valkyrie under her breath. "Aw, Fletcher, I'm just joking. Come here you big douche bag!" Said Valkyrie cheerfully.
"Hey! Im not a douche bag! That hurt my pride and ego...." Exclaimed Fletcher, but he accepted the hug anyways.
"Oh, that's not such a big deal since your ego is bigger than this room! And your pride..... I'm sure you'll get your pride back one day....."
They finally parted, and Valkyrie saw Skulduggery glared daggers at Fletcher. What's up with him and staring today??? Fletcher and Skulduggery did a man hug thingy and Fletcher said "Hey, You guys all ready?"
"Hm, lemme check, clothes, shoes, hair, fingers, mouth, yep. I've got everything!" Checked Valkyrie.
Flecher snickered and held out both of his arm out. One for Valkyrie to hold and one for Skulduggery to hold. Valkyrie willingly took it but Skulduggery begrudgingly took it.
"Bye Ravel!" Valkrie called out behind her shoulder.
"Bye Valkyrie, Skulduggery and Fletcher! Thank you for doing this favour for us Fletcher. And also, Becareful!"
"Your welcome. Always glad to help." Smiled Fletcher.
"Thank you" Said Valkyrie and Skulduggery together.
And with that, they dissapeared to........ Australia!!!!!
Sorry, this is a filler chapter. The investigating will start at the next chapter. Hope you have a great day!!!!! Any feedback would be nice and any free votes are even nicer! Haha
Does anyone has got any good fanfictions of 1D, The Wanted, Reece Mastin or Skulduggery pleasant (Valduggery) that I could read? This doesn't mean a chance for you to promote your stories. If I saw any of that, then I'll immeadeatly delete that comment.
And any ideas for a new story title that im working on, slowly? It's a bit like Skulduggery, with the magic in it but not the characters and one direction in it. A girl sent to a mission with some other elders helping, filling in on part of the Skulduggery's role and they have to protect One Direction Because vampires are for some reason tring to capture them. There'll be romance, between some character,m which I wont tell. No Spoiling!!!
So please, if you have any ideas for it, do please tell me in private message and if I like the cover, you get the dedication for 3 chapters in which ever chapters you want. That goes for the same if any of you can make me a book cover for this book. Pretty please? Thank you soooooo much!!!

Chapter 6: Clarabelle, Smart?
Chapter 6: Clarabelle, Smart??
Some of the cleavers were freeing Valkyrie from the chains. They carefully lifted Valkyrie out and ran out of the room. As Ghastly followed them out.
They got in Ghastly's van and drove away. He sat at the window seat and stared out into the black night, with Valkyrie's head on his knee.
He was clenching and unclenching his fists without realising.
He suddenly heard a moaning sound,his head snapped down, saw that Valkyrie was awake and was sturggling to open her eyelids. He cursed under his breath.
"Valkyrie, go back to sleep. You are still to weak." He muttered
"Wa?" Valkyrie whispered. She tried to lift her head up but instead gave a sharp yelp, falling back to unconsciousness.
Ghastly slowly stroked her hair and stared back out to the black night again.
They arrived at Doctor Nye's base, which is under a school playground.
It used to be located in a old abandoned cinema. The Hibernian Cinema, but that was Kenspeckle Grouse's old lab.
The place where he took he's last breath, helping Skulduggery and Valkyrie saving the world.
Now doctor Nye has taken over the job of Kenspeckle.
He decided to move, from all the bad memories, and because the magic door stopped working.
Anyways, back to now.
One of the cleavers pulled the playground's slide. The slide went down, revealing a tunnel leading downwards. The first cleaver carried Valkyrie out of the van, and speedwalked down the tunnel. the rest of the cleavers and Ghastly followed him tightly behind.
They arrived at the healing lab, Clarabelle rushed out to greet them.
"Hey guys! How are you? Long time no se- what happened to Val? Is she dead?!"
"No, calm down Clarabelle. But she lost quiet a lot of blood."
"Oh. Doctor Nye is busy. I'll heal her."
"Um, Clarabelle, you sure you can?"
"Yeah! Of course. Yesterday I healed a man who was thinking that he got Mosquitos around him. Then he turned into a Wolf. I stopped him from doing it again!" Announced Clarabelle. "Now just follow me."
Everyone followed Clarabelle in to a room with medical equipments and a single bed.
"Now put her on the bed." instructed Clarabelle.
The Cleaver who was carrying Valkyrie laid her gently on the bed, and stepped away to guard the door. Another two cleavers were standing guard as well. Clarabelle came back with a silver needle dipped in a type of liquid.
She slowly inserted the needle into Valkyrie's arm.
As soon as the liquid was in her body, Valkyrie started thrashing, her body arched upwards. Ghastly, Clarabelle and the cleavers all rushed up to Valkyrie and pinned her body down.
"What's happening with Valkyrie?" cried Ghastly
"Don't worry." Clarabelle reassured.
"It's just a liquid to clean out any bad blood and heal the internal body up. Valkyrie has many damage in her body so it'll be extra painful but it'll soon blow over."
Just like Clarabelle had said before, the struggling eventually stopped. Clarabelle got out a scalpel. She made a small cut on Valkyrie's neck, and put a small glass vial under the wound.
"What are you doing, Clarabelle?" Ghastly asked suspiciously.
"The poison and bad blood in her body is now going to come out and it could infectious. I'm going investigate it to see if there is any bad stuff in it.
Just as she speaks, dark blood, yellow goo, green liquid and some dirt came out.
Clarabelle screwed the lid shut.
"Ok, Valkyrie should be waking up now. I'll be in the other room testing out this stuff." Clarabelle said holding up the vial.
"Ok. Thank you Clarabelle, for saving Valkyrie." Ghastly said sincerely.
"No problems at all!" Beamed Clarabelle. "Yay! Another operation success!" she said and skipped while humming out of the room.
After 3mins, Valkyrie's eyes fluttered open. She immediately sat up, looked around the room and panicked.
"Dont worry, Valkyrie. Your safe. Clarabelle saved you." comforted Ghastly.
"Clarabelle? Really??"
"Yeah. She was so down to earth like and there was one thug in her mind and that is to safe you. She suddenly got very professional. Even though it didn't last very long. She was back to her normal state after she finished."
"My god......." Valkyrie trailed off.
"Yes, indeed my god." chuckled Ghastly.
"Skulduggery is next door. He's slightly injured as well."
"Is he ok?" Asked Valkyrie.
"Um. Yeah he is. Do you want to go and see him?"
"Yes, of course!" Said Valkyrie as she hopped off the bed and padded over to Skulduggery's room.
She knocked on the door, and the door was almost immediately opened by a stranger. Probably from the sanctuary.
Valkyrie stepped in, and was surprised to see about 5 other people is in there. Including Ravel, the grand Mage and Madam mist. They were all wearing the same, solemn faces.
"Hey Valkyrie." said Ravel.
"Um, hi Ravel. What happened?"
"Um well-"

I met DEREK LANDY!!!!!!!!
OMFG! I went to Derek, aka the golden gods' signing and he was HILARIOUS!!!!
Then after he boasts about his AWSOME life, how he got the idea of Skulduggery Pleasant, and the SP movies, we went to signings. I had to line up for like 45 mins or even more, then I FINALLY meet the golden god!!!!!
He's soooooooo funny, and he's drawing of SP was great. He asked me if it's brilliant, I said nope, and he did a dramatic gasp! So funny! I then said, just joking:) I also got a few pictures with him. Even though the lady there said no, we can't, we ignored her and it was sooooo AWSOME!!!!!!
He's awsome in videos, blogs but he is truly fantastic, awsome, no words can discribe how great he is, he's even better then that in REAL LIFE!!
For the movie info, Derek said that first, he met a director called Steven something, then after a few months, He returned the script, and it was RIDICULOUS! According to us. Because in the middle of it, in Skulduggery's living room, he starts dancing, singing randomly. So that's why he didn't let him shoot it. Derek stated writing the script himself. He's still working on it.
Meeting Derek is the greatest thing happened to me, probably going to be there for ages.
I got a pic of Derek's signature. Here it's. Oh, and also a pic of his great but not brilliant (I'm joking:D) Skulduggery Pleasant!!!!!

EARTHQUAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I, have, been, through, THE, most terrifying night! Earthquake struck in Melbourne and it was SCARY!!!!!
It happened at about8:53pm and the WHOLE house shook!!!!!
The glass was shaking, the door was banging, the curtains(we have wooden curtains.) were banging the window. I was reading at the time and one of my other book fell on the floor.
The whole thing completely CREEPED me out!!!!! It lasted about 15 secs and then it stopped. It was, I think, a 5.3 magnitude quake.
Creepy...............…………

Mission Impossible (part 2)
They all ran in. "Cleavers, split up and look for Valkyrie." Ordered Ravel.
Skulduggery, Ghastly and Ravel walked down the corridors and they turned left, then a right. "How will we find our way back? its like a maze in here." asked Ravel.
"I'll find a way." Answered Skulduggery.
"Wait, why didn't you just came here by yourself? Wouldn't it be quicker??"
"Well Ghastly," said Skulduggery," you still haven't released me from the........."
Skulduggery was cut of by a distant scream. It was Valkyrie and all three of them started sprinting down the hall.
After 3 mins of sprinting, they arrived at a junction.
"Which way?" Panted Ravel
Skulduggery flexed his fingers to read the air."This way." He pointed left so they started sprinting again.
Another scream. It was getting louder.
In about 1 mins, they reached a room and peered in it and saw Valkyrie sitting on a chair, chains tyed around her and there was two fresh cuts on her cheek. There was dozens of other cuts around her upper body. Her body under the hip was completely ruined. It was bleeding really badly and there was also some yellow goo gushing out. Even Ghastly's clothes can not protect her. There's a huge cut from Valkyrie's side all the way to her stomach and there is already a pool of blood on the floor. Blood still dripping from her wound. Then a figure stepped in front of Valkyrie. It was Valick.
"Tell me the secret or I'll....." Valick threatens.
"Nev...er..." answered Valkyrie shakily
"Well then, little girl, guess we'll have to see the painful and hard way. It's your choice." tuts Valick
"Don..'t......ca..ll.....me....a..li...ttle....girl"
"Shut up" Glared Valick and she whipped her hand. A new long cut made it's way to her forehead and opened it up painfully and slowly.
"Aaarrrrgggghhhh" screamed Valkyrie.
Even from a distant, Skulduggery could see the flash of white which is the skull.
"Come on! Hurry up!!" Ushered Skulduggery.
They all burst into the room.
Valkyrie could hardly lift up her head to see who is at the door.
"Ah, I see. It's the famous Skulduggery Pleasant and his scarred friend and a....." Valick looked up and down at Ravel. "And......you" Valick said disgustedly.
"Hey!"
"Oh shut up!"
"Make me!"
"Oh the both of you, shut up!" Interrupted Skulduggery. "Our main priority is to rescue Valkyrie."
"Oh you think you can just take Valkyrie from me and I'll let you walk out of here like a king?"
"Um..... Actually yeah." Nodded Skulduggery.
"Oh, don't be silly. We are going to stop you from going out of here. It's a mistake to be here because this is the end of you. Does any of you have anything to say?"
"Yes in fact." Said Ghastly . "We never said that we came alone. Cleavers, ATTACK!!!!"
The floor rumbled, the ceiling shook and the door burst off it's hinges, then it slammed into Valick.
She flipped over the dusty desk and she knocked her head on the edge. Valick raged in fury. She ran forward, kicked the first cleaver in the stomach, punched the second on the ribs. Everyone in the room heard the bone break. The cleaver doubled over and Valick kneed him on the chin. He blacked out before he hit the floor. She batted the third one away. Some of the cleavers were freeing Valkyrie from the chains. They carefully lifted Valkyrie out of it, and run out of the room. Ghastly followed them out.
Skulduggery and Ravel took either side of Valick and they walked around in a circle. Valick was looking both sides to make sure that they were not going to attack. Skulduggery striked first. He lifted his hand and in a blur, his old fashioned revolver flew to his hand, aiming directly at Valick. She froze.
"Give up Valick. This is your only chance. Come with us and we won't hurt you."
"You think that'll just follow you out nicely?" Sneered Valick.
"Yes. But with these beautiful hand cuffs on." Skulduggery held the hand cuffs up in his other hand and dangled it.
"Come on Valick. Skulduggery is offering you a peaceful way out." Growled Ravel
"Me? Going with you guys? Haha" Valick threw her head back and laughs. "I have a reputation to keep up here and I will NOT go out with you guys. So I'll see you soon! Cheerio!!!"
And with that, Valick did a mid flip and disappeared through the door. Skulduggery and Ravel tried to stop her, but she disappeared. Skulduggery scowled "Dammit! We lost her! We should go back now with Valkyrie."
"Yes, we should." Agreed Ravel.
Then, just as they were walking out the door, a part of the walls shifted and an army of Macaleen Mans came tumbling out.
"So that's what the surprise is I was wondering what." Mumbled Ravel
"Same here. This is turning out into a mission impossible. Kind of." Skulduggery mumbled back.
Ravel and Skulduggery stood back to back while the Macaleen Mans rounded in stiffly. The first Macaleen Man reached Ravel and he broke his neck with a twist. Another one replaced him before he had been separated. The Macaleen Mans attacked as one, big, stiff, and easy to break team. Ravel and Skulduggery finished them all in half an hour. The room was filled with bile and gas smell.
"We need to go back and check on Valkyrie." Said Skulduggery.
"Yes, of course." Panted Ravel, still exhausted from the fight.
They walked out of the College and into the Bentley, and drive off.
Skulduggery, Ghastly and Ravel walked down the corridors and they turned left, then a right. "How will we find our way back? its like a maze in here." asked Ravel.
"I'll find a way." Answered Skulduggery.
"Wait, why didn't you just came here by yourself? Wouldn't it be quicker??"
"Well Ghastly," said Skulduggery," you still haven't released me from the........."
Skulduggery was cut of by a distant scream. It was Valkyrie and all three of them started sprinting down the hall.
After 3 mins of sprinting, they arrived at a junction.
"Which way?" Panted Ravel
Skulduggery flexed his fingers to read the air."This way." He pointed left so they started sprinting again.
Another scream. It was getting louder.
In about 1 mins, they reached a room and peered in it and saw Valkyrie sitting on a chair, chains tyed around her and there was two fresh cuts on her cheek. There was dozens of other cuts around her upper body. Her body under the hip was completely ruined. It was bleeding really badly and there was also some yellow goo gushing out. Even Ghastly's clothes can not protect her. There's a huge cut from Valkyrie's side all the way to her stomach and there is already a pool of blood on the floor. Blood still dripping from her wound. Then a figure stepped in front of Valkyrie. It was Valick.
"Tell me the secret or I'll....." Valick threatens.
"Nev...er..." answered Valkyrie shakily
"Well then, little girl, guess we'll have to see the painful and hard way. It's your choice." tuts Valick
"Don..'t......ca..ll.....me....a..li...ttle....girl"
"Shut up" Glared Valick and she whipped her hand. A new long cut made it's way to her forehead and opened it up painfully and slowly.
"Aaarrrrgggghhhh" screamed Valkyrie.
Even from a distant, Skulduggery could see the flash of white which is the skull.
"Come on! Hurry up!!" Ushered Skulduggery.
They all burst into the room.
Valkyrie could hardly lift up her head to see who is at the door.
"Ah, I see. It's the famous Skulduggery Pleasant and his scarred friend and a....." Valick looked up and down at Ravel. "And......you" Valick said disgustedly.
"Hey!"

Chapter Five: Mission Impossible (part 1)
A black van arrived back at the broken down college.
A mysterious man came out and went to the trunk of the van. He carried a black figure out, and darted in the college. He came to a stone wall and used his finger print on the wall to open it. It was a secret passage way into the college without been blasted your head of.
When he got in, he handed the limp body to a woman. Her name was Valick Vesuvius.
"Thank You."
"When would i be getting my payment?"
"Tomorrow."
"Right. But how can i trust you?"
"Because i'll prove it. If you work with us more often, you can expect a big raise."
"Nice" he smiled."i'll meet you here tomorrow at the same time today. And the offer, i'll think about it."
And he walked away.

Skulduggery walked in to his house and instantly, he realised something was wrong. The window was smashed, the door was off, the table and chairs was shattered all over the floor. He sprinted into his bedroom and the chair Valkyrie was sitting on was empty. He groaned in frastration and looked around the room. He saw his diary lying open. He stomach felt like it suddenly droped to the floor."Oh please dont, please dont." he prayed. He went over and looked."oh no! bloody hell. so nightmares do come true." he muttered.He turned and sprinted out of the room.He went into the Bentley and the tyres roared. He is going to the sancutary to get more back up.
He arrived at the sancutary and sprinted in. All the other sorceres all stared in astonishment. He burst in to the main hall. Immeadeatly, the conversation stoped.
"What's wrong Skulduggery?" Asked Gastly
"yeah, why the rush?" said Ravel
" Valkyrie has been kidnapped!"
"That's....... impossible" said Gastly after the long silence.
"yeah. Valkyrie is strong. of course she'll protect herself. She's strong."
"No, she's been weak after the fight with Valick. She was caught in the explosion."
"do we know where she could be held at?"
"no. but the old college has had some ativites going on there."
"we should check it out."
" Give me 100 cleavers and i'll drag out Valick and who ever else was invovled in this."
"Calm down, Skulduggery. We'll come with you." Said Gastly.
"we cant,"protested Mist.
"This is Valkyrie. we are comin. you stay back in the sanctutary."
"fine" grumbled Mist.
One black van pulled up at the old college, another one came. in the end, there was a total of 24 van there. Skulduggery ,Ravel and Gastly came out of the first one. They walked in the college.
"wait, stop." said Skulduggery."Cant you see? this is way too simple.There must be some sort of trap here."
"Skulduggery's right."Agreed Ravel."cleavers, stop."
All cleavers stopped. Skulduggery steped cautiously forward, picked up a pebble and let it skipped across the floor. It set off all the booby traps."seriouly, i think there has to be another way in.everyone out. search the building for a secret passage way.
Skulduggery put his gloved hand on the wall and felt it. He knocked on the wall, and test it. After 10 mins of searching, Skulduggery finally said" I think this is it." The cleavers immeadeatly started smashing the wall. Ravel, Gastly and Skulduggery threw everything they have at the wall. they finally broken it down.
They all ran in. "Cleavers, split up and look for Valkyrie."Ordered Ravel.
Skulduggery, Gastly and Ravel walked down the corridors and they turned a left, then a right. "How will we find our way back? its like a maze in here."asked Ravel.

Chapter four: unlucky capture (part two)
"Then i guess that you just have to learn the hard way, little darling"
The intruder was walking closer and closer towards Valkyrie and she tried everything she know but the intruder was too fast. the intruder punched Valkyrie in the stomach and all the air came from her body, then she responded by ducking low and tried to get her knuckle on the intruder's chin. He quickly ducked away but Valkyrie wouldn't let him. She pressed in and started firing shawdow punches on him, then she quickly figuered out what he was doing and demonstrated the worst and unflexibleist cartwheel and ducked away but the intruder flexed at the last moment and drove his knee up Valkyrie's head. She crashed down safetly on her back. The thought of the intruder nearly killed her by breaking her neck lighted a flame in her heart so she pressed in again and stated throwing flames and shadow spears at the man. All of them missed. He threw Skulduggery's lamp and it struck Valkyrie's chest. She immedeatly felt that all the air in her lungs flew out in a gush and a sharp sting on her chest. She knew immediately that her ribs are broken. She doubled over with pain and trying to breath..
He was suddenly across the room, smashing a metal fruit ball at Valkyrie's head. In every hit, sparks fly behind her eyelid. She tried to kick his leg out from under him but he stepped away. She then used the opportunity and lunged at him. She pushed at the air and the intruder went flying over the sofa, he bounced, twice, three times until he finally came to a stop and crashed down on the table. But Valkyrie didn't let him rest. She swiped three spears of shadow at him and they all cut through his clothes. Blood immeadiatly sprout out. She picked up the metal fruit bowl and run at the intruder. She hit him once, twice and three times. But then he grabbed her leg and she tried to squirm free but he was holding on tight and he triped Valkyrie off her feet. She landed painfully on her back and sparks flew again behind her eyelid. She knew that he was going to end this or inflick more pain, then finish her. Either way, she was going to get killed. So she held her breath and waited for the moment to come. But it never did. The intruder stood over Valkyrie and laughed "wow, you are a tough one. My boss was right about you. Now, do you want to do it the hard way or the easy way?"
Since she got no weapon left, all she could do is spit at him. He sighed" you really are a stupid girl." He started firing down punches but Valkyrie doged all of them and rolled up to her feet. She lashed out a kick which was blocked and reponded by a punch to cheek, then she punched him in the mouth with a fistful of shadows and blood immediately started flowing. The intruder raged. He moved quickly towards her and started punching her. She found her hand on his chest and pushed at the air. He went flying back like a rocket. He hit the wall and bounced, and landed on his stomach.
He lifted his head up and spit out some blood. He used a chair to smash a near by window and pulled out a piece of glass. He was next to Valkyrie in a flash and dug the glass in to her cheek. She felt nothing at first, but when he started truning and digging even further, she cried out and, simply, he punched Valkyrie on the chin and she fainted.
The intruder straightened up. "well, that was hard."
And he walked back outside, carrying Valkyrie and layed her in the trunk of the car. He got int the car and quickly sped away.

Chapter four: unlucky capture (part one)
Valkyrie walked out of the room, finding nobody there."Skulduggery?" she yelled "Skulduggery, are you there? if this was a joke, its not funny!" again, nobody answered. Valkyrie was getting worried. she clicked her right hand and a flame developed, she wore her ring on her left hand and right now it was writhing with shadows, ready to attack anyone who comes. *crash* she heard a loud crash in the toilet. she crept quietly to the toilet, peeking over and saw nothing. she walked cautiously in and a black shadow dropped down on her. she tried to kick the intruder in the shins but the intruder only grunted. her lungs is already burning and she was losing focus but at the last moment, she pressed her flaming hand to the intruders stomach. the intruder let go and started running around but after a moment before Valkyrie could finish filling her lungs with air, the intruder clicked his hand and distingushed the fire. he swung his arm in an arc and caught Valkyrie in the stomach. she felt all the new air drawn in her lungs came out. she doubled over in pain. The intruder did it again and again then, Valkyrie staggered forward and punched the intruder in the stomach. she pushed at the air and the intruder flew backwards in the air and hit Skulduggery's new stero. but when he staggered up, he came by next to Valkyrie in a flash of an eye. Valkyrie jumped and immediately flipped over and used the air to drag one of the tables at the intruder. then she flung 3 spears of shadows at the intruder and all but 1 missed, but Valkyrie knew that the intruder was toying with her and was much more better than herself. then he appeared next to her and decided to end everthing. Valkyrie knew immediately jumped away from him and threw 3 more fire balls at him. he doged all of them and kept on continuing walking towards her.
"What are you doing here?" she yelled desperately
"What am i doing here? Darling, i'm here to take you to my master. so now if you would just stop there and wait, i'll knock you out so you could save us all the trouble."
"No!"
"Then i guess that you just have to learn the hard way, little darling"

The hunger games-Catching Fire (spoilers. warnings!)
Ii've just finished the first book of the hunger games. it is really good. i am hoping to get the next one, catching fire and Mockinjay. i've read about them in wikipedia and some parts of it were not fair and most of it made me hate the Capitol very much. i like Cina very much but i think in mockingjay, he got beat up by the capitol and got draged away. my guesse is that he became an avox. which is very sad because i like him very much.
i also cant belive that prim, katniss' sister was killed alone with other childs while she was the emergency medical team. President snow was later found gulity but president coin was the master mind behind it all. i will put up the artical on wiki now so you can read it and most importantly of all, it saves me a whole lot of thinking and summarizing.
Catching Fire:
After winning the 74th Hunger Games in the previous novel, Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark return home to District 12, the poorest sector in the country of Panem. Katniss and Peeta are preparing to embark on a "Victory Tour" of Panem, but have rarely spoken since they won the Games and Peeta realized that Katniss' emotions towards him were exaggerated at their mentor Haymitch Abernathy's request. Katniss struggles to understand her feelings about Peeta, and also Gale, who kissed Katniss upon her return to District 12. The day Katniss is due to leave, the Capitol's President Snow arrives at Katniss' home and sternly warns her that she needs to convince Panem's citizens that she and Peeta are truly in love; their actions in the Games have sparked unrest across the districts and many believe their attempted suicide was actually a defiant act against the Capitol rather than sacrificing themselves for love. Snow indirectly threatens both Gale's and Katniss' families.
The Victory Tour's first stop is District 11, home to Rue, Katniss' friend and ally in the Hunger Games, before she died. During the ceremony, Katniss and Peeta deliver quick speeches to District 11, thanking its people for their tributes. Peeta offers to donate a portion of his Victory winnings to Rue's family, and also Thresh's, the other fallen District 11 tribute. When the speeches conclude, an old man whistles the tune that Rue used in the Hunger Games arena to signal Katniss she was safe. The song prompts everyone to salute Katniss with the same gesture she used to bid farewell to Rue. However, the old man is shot dead, and the Capitol refuses to let the pair make any more personal speeches during the tour. Katniss and Peeta then travel to all twelve districts and the Capitol. Katniss urges Peeta to emphasise their supposed love and, during a televised interview, Peeta proposes to Katniss. The Capitol responds by planning an elaborate wedding ceremony for the two. Despite this, Katniss learns that their attempts to subdue rebellion in the districts and convincing Snow they are in love have failed. Back in District 12, Katniss accidentally sees a secret TV report showing a violent uprising in District 8, where many citizens are killed by Peacekeepers, Panem's security force. After this event, District's 12's security is massively tightened, and the current Peacekeepers are replaced with stricter ones. Gale is whipped by the new Head Peacekeeper for hunting, and the fence surrounding District 12 is now constantly electrified, effectively barring Katniss from escape or hunting. Katniss had made it into the woods where she encountered two runaways from District 8. She offered them food, and they have a theory that District 13 was not wiped out by the Capitol and that its residents have gone underground. She is able to get over the electrified fence and back into the district, but is slightly injured.
Later, Cinna and his stylists arrive to help Katniss prepare for her bridal shoot. The stylists tell her about supply shortages across the Capitol, leading Katniss to suspect that rebellions and uprisings are spreading across Panem. They search for the arena's perimeter, but Peeta runs into the force field at the edge, stopping his heart. Finnick revives him using CPR, though Peeta is weakened from the incident. At midnight, lightning strikes a nearby tree, and the next hour the Gamemakers release a poisonous fog in the group's location. The toxic fog causes nerve failure and muscle spasms which inhibits their running while Katniss tries to carry Mags and Finnick carries Peeta. Mags sacrifices herself when Katniss can no longer carry her, allowing the other three to escape. After Mags' death, the group is attacked by mutated monkeys, but all three survive, thanks to the female tribute from District 6 sacrificing herself to save Peeta. Katniss, Peeta, and Finnick join forces with Johanna Mason, a sarcastic and often cruel victor from District 7, an injured Beetee, and Wiress, who is in shock and repeatedly mumbles "tick tock." Afterwards, bombs placed in supply packages kill many of these children and a rebel medical team, including Katniss' sister, Prim.
President Snow is tried and found guilty, but he tells Katniss that the final assault that killed Prim was ordered by President Coin. Katniss realizes that if this is true, the bombing may have been the result of a plan originally developed by Gale, however, Gale denied his involvement. Katniss remembers a conversation with Snow, following the 74th Annual Hunger Games, in which they agreed not to lie to each other. When she is supposed to execute Snow, she realizes that he was telling the truth and kills Coin instead. A riot ensues and Snow is found dead, having possibly choked on his own blood (laughing) or been trampled in the crowd. Katniss then tries to commit suicide by swallowing the pill that was sewn onto her suit in case she was captured by the Capitol during one of her missions, but Peeta stops her. Katniss is acquitted due to her apparent insanity and returns to her home in District 12, along with others who are attempting to rebuild it. Peeta returns months after as well, having largely recovered from his brainwashing. Finally, Katniss surmises that falling in love with Peeta was inevitable, as he had always represented to her the promise of a better future, rather than the destruction she now associates with Gale. She says that she did not need Gale's fire, as she already had it herself; she needed Peeta, who symbolized the hope she needed to survive. Together with Haymitch they create a book filled with the stories of the previous tributes and others who died in the war so that they will not be forgotten.
In the epilogue, Katniss speaks as an adult, more than fifteen years later. She and Peeta are married and have two children. The Hunger Games are over, but she dreads the day her children learn the details of their parents' involvement in both the Games and the war. When she feels distressed, Katniss plays a comforting but repetitive "game," reminding herself of every good thing that she has ever seen someone do. The series ends with Katniss' reflection that "there are much worse games to play."
to my opinon, the part that i really want to read is the epilogue. even in harry potter, my favourite part was the epilgue. there is a lot of beating up in those two books. my fav characters, not includeing the main characters, was Rue and Cinna. possibly Prim.
i also cant belive that prim, katniss' sister was killed alone with other childs while she was the emergency medical team. President snow was later found gulity but president coin was the master mind behind it all. i will put up the artical on wiki now so you can read it and most importantly of all, it saves me a whole lot of thinking and summarizing.

Chapter three: The Mastermind
Valick Vesuvius arrived at a broken down collage. it was broken down 50 years ago because of the countless murder of the students. and of coruse, they found who did it and executed him. now nobody would go there because rumor has it that the ghost of dead students is haunting everyone who enteres. so nobody bothered to repair it into something else.
Vesuvius entered the collage and waited in a room seems like the main buliding. After 20 mins later, a man entered the building and stayed in the shadows. he spoke like he got a bad throat and the sound is so unpleasant, it can even make the furniture come alive and complain.
"have you got it?"
"Nearly, my master. but the defence is so strong, i cant get past them my self."
"i can give you an army of Macaleen man to help you."
"thank you master. i shall be going. where should i meet with the Macaleen mans?"
"In the park at 2o'clock in the morning tomorrow."
"will I have any help from anyone else?"
"Yes."answered the old mysterious man. "I'll be helping and a man would be helping with some parts of it. But you don't need to worry about him. I'll be helping."
"you?"smirked Vesuvius. "how are you going to help, old man? Shouting at them with your creaky old voice?"
"Hey! Watch what you say because I can kill you as easily as I decided to join you with being the council down."
"ok ok ok. Fine. I'm sorry. So, I'll meet with them tomorrow at 2:00am?"
"yes. It's a good thing that at least you have a cell on your brain to remember stuff."
"Shut up old man or I'll smash this-" She looked around, found a piece of broken down vase and hold it up. "in your face!"
"Oh, so your threatening me now, are you?"
"Yeah, I am. So what?"
"So you better watch what you say or you never know when I'm going to put a bullet through your brain or a knife through the heart."
"Alright, alright!" Valick threw her hands up in mock defeat. "I'm sorry, your highness, I'll just walk out of here and nothing has happened. But still send those Macaleen Mans! Cherrio!!

Chapter two: back to 4 hours earlier
This is what happened 4 hours earlier before Valkyrie find out the huge secret:
Valkyrie and Skulduggery was chasing the Mazda MPV car in their Bentley. The Bentley was catching up to the Mazda, suddenly, it swerved into a small hidden road, and Skulduggery has to work on the wheel very hard to avioed hitting the buildings and of coures he wouldnt let the bentley hit it. The Mazda turned into another road and nearly crashed but it rocked back on to four wheels. then it stoped abrutly, to avoied hitting the wall at the end of the road.
it was a dead end. the driver came out. it was Valick Vesuvius. a crazy, mad killer woman. She stood in the center of the road, holding a black cylinder tube. She got beautiful golden hair, her eyes is light blue. She is a very beautiful woman, except for the murderous part of her. the bentley came to a halt. Skulduggery and Valkyrie came out and Skulduggery was aming his gun at her head. "put the bomb down, now and surrender." Skulduggery said. " you are under arrest for attempt murdering, mudering, stealing, littering, and asullt on Sanctutary agents."
" like i care! if u dont put that gun down, i will drop the bomb and you guys will be history!"
"please Valick,"begged valkyrie, "dont do this, i know that you still have a heart underneath you,all you need to do is to find it. just give yourself in and it wont be such a long jail time, trust me."
"acturally, it's 80 years of jail time. it's pretty long."
"shut up Skulduggery!"
"no" said Valick and she jumped the wall.
"dammit, Valkyrie, you try to climb over and i'll drive the bentley to try and stop her."
"why do i have to run after her when you can drive?"
"because i have a face to represent and i couldnt aford to get mud on my brand new suit! anyway, i dont trust you with the bentley."
"oh shut up and start chasing her! she is probably already very far away!"
"right sorry."
Skulduggery got into the bentley and Valkyrie started climbing the wall. when she got to the other side, she looked around for Valick and saw her shadow running into the bushes. she chased after her, in and out of the shadows. she saw a clearing up ahead and run harder. then she stoped suddenly and started running backwards as quickly as she can. it was not Valick but a fake model fo her and the bomb is sitting next to the model. it got 2 seconds left and BOOM! she crashed back.

it was a dead end. the driver came out. it was Valick Vesuvius. a crazy, mad killer woman. She stood in the center of the road, holding a black cylinder tube. She got beautiful golden hair, her eyes is light blue. She is a very beautiful woman, except for the murderous part of her. the bentley came to a halt. Skulduggery and Valkyrie came out and Skulduggery was aming his gun at her head. "put the bomb down, now and surrender." Skulduggery said. " you are under arrest for attempt murdering, mudering, stealing, littering, and asullt on Sanctutary agents."
" like i care! if u dont put that gun down, i will drop the bomb and you guys will be history!"
"please Valick,"begged valkyrie, "dont do this, i know that you still have a heart underneath you,all you need to do is to find it. just give yourself in and it wont be such a long jail time, trust me."
"acturally, it's 80 years of jail time. it's pretty long."
"shut up Skulduggery!"
"no" said Valick and she jumped the wall.
"dammit, Valkyrie, you try to climb over and i'll drive the bentley to try and stop her."
"why do i have to run after her when you can drive?"
"because i have a face to represent and i couldnt aford to get mud on my brand new suit! anyway, i dont trust you with the bentley."
"oh shut up and start chasing her! she is probably already very far away!"
"right sorry."
Skulduggery got into the bentley and Valkyrie started climbing the wall. when she got to the other side, she looked around for Valick and saw her shadow running into the bushes. she chased after her, in and out of the shadows. she saw a clearing up ahead and run harder. then she stoped suddenly and started running backwards as quickly as she can. it was not Valick but a fake model fo her and the bomb is sitting next to the model. it got 2 seconds left and BOOM! she crashed back.
chapter one: truth reveled.
Valkyrie kneed the woman in the gut, and she doubled over in pain. Valkyrie pressed in and was too late to twist out of the way when she saw it was a fake. The woman socked Valkyrie on the nose and both of them heard the bone crack. Blood poured out of her nose.
The woman swung her arm in an arch and hit Valkyrie on the neck. She tumbled on the floor. She twisted out of the way right before the woman stomped on her stomach. Valkyrie rolled up to her feet, lashed out a kick of her own. The woman reacted really fast and grabbed Valkyrie's feet in mid kick and pulled. Valkyrie's feet flew out from under her. Valkyrie's head hit the floor and stars flew behind her eyelid. She lifted one hand to push at the air. It wasn't a really good one but the woman's feet still flew out and she went sprawling. Valkyrie didn't waste one second to hesitate. She rolled up again, ignoring the bad headache thumping in her ear, and send a fistful of shadows down at the woman but the woman rolled out of the way in the last second. Valkyrie sent another fistful of shadows at the woman and this time she wasn't so lucky. The woman got hit in the chest and she bent over, gagging for air. Her robs are broken because she is holding her chest. After a few moments, the woman stopped moving and Valkyrie thought the woman had fainted. She looked around for Skulduggery to help her carry the woman's body. Then she felt hot and sticky stuff oozing out of her foot and a sharp sting came. Valkyrie wobbled on her foot. She stumbled backwards and tripped over a rock and fell on the knife the woman was holding upwards. It stabbed down on to Valkyrie's thigh and she screamed. Blood oozing out of the wind and trickled down the knife. The woman pulled the knife out harshly, and Valkyrie gave out a new scream of pain. And the woman stabbed on to Valkyrie's lower leg. She gave out another scream. She jerked out of the knife and rolled away before more stabbing from the woman. Valkyrie was panting hard from the pain and sweats came rolling down her forehead. Valkyrie tried to move but the instant she moved her muscles, in tightened and all the muscles twisted together and Valkyrie cried out again. The woman walked closer, holding a black cylinder with a red button which was beeping. It's already activated.
Valkyrie swng her leg up and kicked in the air. one foot landed on the woman's shin and she fell down. The black cylinder rolled out of her hand. Valkyrie scrambled up and tried to reach for the cylinder but there was someone pulling at the back. It was the woman. She grabed Valkyrie's feet and tugged. Valkyrie fell face first on the floor. They both scrambled up at the same time but the woman was the first to reach it.

Sudden quietness.......
BOOM! The bomb exploded and Valkyrie flew away in to the sky. she landed painfuly on her back and lay on the ground. the last thing she saw before clouded darkness was Skulduggery running towards her and carried her into the bentley.
Valkyrie woke up in Skulduggery's bed. with a groan, and felt all her muscles still tense from the stab and cuts. But all the wounds are healed. She didn't know how but it happened. She sat up on the bed. She looked around, and didn't see anyone except for a note. it was by Skulduggery. It says:
Dear Valkyrie, I'm going to look for the nice woman who set that bomb. I will be back in about two hours. There is food in the cupboard. You can make your self a snake. Love, Skulduggery.
Valkyrie put the note down and had a proper look around his bedroom. She had never been in here before. She found a book on the table, lying open. It looks like some sort of journal. she peered at it. 'No,' she thought 'I shouldn't look at other people's diary. but if i do, it might make us work even better than now.' So she peered at it again. after reading it for five minutes, she suddenly gasped and stood up. "No, no, this cant be true! this can NOT be true!" she gasped.
This was what had written on the Journal: Her eyes is a gorgeous brown, her dark and lovely hair is so pretty when the wind blows. when she had been with Fletcher, he had envyed him but he must not be in love with her other wise it might be bad for the investigation. but i have to tell her. i dont love her just as her best friend or just her patner but i've had loved her. Valkyrei had grown into a beautiful, nice young women. i really wish she would know that i love her.
Valkyrie dont know weither to laugh or to cry or to worry. she had got a little crush on him but.........
Tears swelled up in her. she heard the front door open and she wiped her eyes and closed the diary.she opened the door and went out to meet Skulduggery.
