Chapter 7: havent got a name. sorry!

Heya guys! I realised that I havent posted up any chapter for nearly a month. I'm sooooooo sorry! I posted today because I have the day off.
The teachers are striking today so I get to stay home most part of he day. Kind of. Whenever I have spare time, I'm always here, typing this new chapter for you guys.

Btw, pleaseeeeee read the end note because some thing VERY VERY VERY important is down there. MAKE SURE YOU READ IT!!!!!

And im also soory if this chapter is kinda boring...... but don't let that put you down! Read it, PLEASEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!! Hahaha........

"- Have you heard of 'Hatinggabi lason?" Asked Ravel.

"Is it a name or something?" Valkyrie questioned.

"Close. It's a virus that crawls in to you at exactly at midnight. It's called Midnight Poisn in Filipino."

"So how do people get it?"

"Well exactly at-" Started Ravel.

"Exactly at midnight," Interuppted Skulduggery, "Three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Because that's when the moon is the most powerful-est. Two people at the exact opposite side of the country who has to be different magic ability to each other and has the same birthday date and month. They start at one to twelve and then start again. They can also be a human. You get it now?" Questioned Skulduggery.

"Thanks Skulduggery for doing my job. I really appreiate it!" Said Ravel sarcasticly.

"Your welcome." Smiled Skulduggery, not acknoleging the sarcastic comment.

"I don't get it, Skulduggery. Is it like, for example, on Monday, an Adept who's birthday is at the 1st of January, then so is the Elemental. Wednesday is 2nd of January, then is 3rd of January on Friday.
Oh, and Skulduggery, I don't think that powerful-est is a word....." Valkyrie trailed off.

"Who are you, my teacher? Of course I know that powerful-est is a word. Pftt, I'm smart. Anyways, yes you got it right. Good job. Looks like some of my smartness has finally got to you!"

"Yeah. Sure Skulduggery. Say whatever you want that makes you go to sleep at night! And sure Skulduggery. You wished that some of your smartness has got on me!"

"Huh? I don't need to say anything to make me go to sleep at night well. I don't sleep...." Said Skulduggery, doesn't get the sarcastic quote.

Valkyrie sighs. "Sometimes I wonder if you acturally have anything in that empty skull of yours. Oh wait, you don't have anything in there!" Valkyrie jabbed a finger in his chest.

"Ouch!" Skulduggery held his chest like he was hurt. "For a small person, you jabb hard and what you said wasn't very nice. I'm both phisically hurt and mentally hurt! I'm going to die! Oh!" Skulduggery gasped and fell to the ground dramatically.

"Oh grow up Skulduggery, you're 400 years old but you act like a 5 yr old!" Said Valkyrie. "Anyways, where's Ravel gone?"

"I'm here!" Ravel waved. He sighed, "Oh I thought at least Valkyrie would remenber that im here but, I'm wrong. I'll just go to that corner and cry to myself, and nobody would care...." He walked sulkily to the corner and sat down. He buried his head inside his arm and pretend to cry.

"Oh so now I have to deal two 5yr olds." Sighs Valkyrie. "Oh there there Ravel." She cooed him while slowly stroking his back. "I'm sorry for hurting your feeling. I'll never forget you ever again!"
She gave him a kiss on the cheeks. Ravel looked up and smiled, wiped away the imaginary tears and stood up. They hugged, and heard a cough behind them.

"Don't I get a hug? Asked Skulduggery with a strained voice. Valkryie turned her head and saw Skulduggery's face. It was full of anger, sadness and....... Jelousy? Why would Skulduggery feel jeloused? But she brushed it off since it was only a flash of it. She quickly ran up to Skuldggery and hugged him tightly, and he returned it. A bit forcefully.

"Ok ok. Enough. We have to get back on to task. We need you to go and investigate the hatinggabi lason. It's been effecting a whole lot of people. The Sensitives are working over time to convince the normal people that their friends haven't turned into a monster that is going to destroy the world."

"Ok. Sorry. But how do you identify someone who has being infected by the hatinggabi lason?" Valkyrie asked?

"Well, the first thing that's the most obvious is: the person who's infected has got super ichy hair. So who ever scratch their hair a lot is most likely infected." Said Skulduggery, recovering from the stiffness.

"How can you know that he or she has got nits instead of being infected? You go up to them and go 'Hey! Just poping over and see if you are infected with a disease or if you have nits?' And they wouldn't called the police on you or start banging you on the head with a woman's purse?"

"Hm, I've never been hit on the head before. Should I try? Uh no....."

"Well, apart from the head itch, there's the eye colour change. They change into a much darker shade of their original colour. They also have a very short temper." Said Ravel. "You guys will have to go to Australia. The attacks are over there. I'll send over 20 cleavers over to help with the missions. I've also contacted the Australian Sancutary to let them know that your over there in a mission and if you guys need anything from there you can use it. You don't have to pack anything. Everything that is need will be provied over there. You'll be going to Melbourne first."

"Is it First class? Cause I really want to go on one!" Exclamied Valkyrie.

"Unfortunately, no. You'll be arriving with Fletcher." Answered Skulduggery.

"Aw..." Frowned Valkyrie.

"Don't worry. The next time we go on holiday, I'll take you on a first class." Reassured Skulduggery.

"Yay!" Cheered Valkyrie. "Wait, when did we go on a holiday? Because, if my calculations are correct, we never did went on one...."

"Um.... Surprise? This we'll be a special one because it's our first one?" Tried Skulduggery.

Valkyrie glared. She huffed "Good cover up. Watch out next time 'cause next time I wont let you don't easy!" Warned Valkyrie.

Skulduggery shivered under her gaze. But he glared back. They had a staring contest and Ravel cleared his throat.

"Uh hm guys?" Said Ravel, snapping his phone case shut. 'Hm, since when did he have his phone out,' Valkyrie wondered.

"There's a slight change of plans. You guys are leaving now instead of tomorrow. There's to much people running around harming people. So get your lazy butts up and gte ready. I'll call Fletcher." Said Ravel.

"Ok. That's fine." Skulduggery said, straghtening his shirt and bow tie. "Valkyrie, you done yet?"

"Yes. I'm ready to go." Declared Valkyrie.

A few second later, Fletcher appeared from beside Valkyrie.

"Boo! Hey guys! Miss me?" Asked Fletcher Confidently.

"No we did not miss you." Said Valkrie Sarcasticly.

"Aw....." Fletcher trailed off, looking at the floor.

"Boy did I hurt him...." Muttered Valkyrie under her breath. "Aw, Fletcher, I'm just joking. Come here you big douche bag!" Said Valkyrie cheerfully.

"Hey! Im not a douche bag! That hurt my pride and ego...." Exclaimed Fletcher, but he accepted the hug anyways.

"Oh, that's not such a big deal since your ego is bigger than this room! And your pride..... I'm sure you'll get your pride back one day....."

They finally parted, and Valkyrie saw Skulduggery glared daggers at Fletcher. What's up with him and staring today??? Fletcher and Skulduggery did a man hug thingy and Fletcher said "Hey, You guys all ready?"

"Hm, lemme check, clothes, shoes, hair, fingers, mouth, yep. I've got everything!" Checked Valkyrie.

Flecher snickered and held out both of his arm out. One for Valkyrie to hold and one for Skulduggery to hold. Valkyrie willingly took it but Skulduggery begrudgingly took it.

"Bye Ravel!" Valkrie called out behind her shoulder.

"Bye Valkyrie, Skulduggery and Fletcher! Thank you for doing this favour for us Fletcher. And also, Becareful!"
"Your welcome. Always glad to help." Smiled Fletcher.

"Thank you" Said Valkyrie and Skulduggery together.

And with that, they dissapeared to........ Australia!!!!!

Does anyone has got any good fanfictions of 1D, The Wanted, Reece Mastin or Skulduggery pleasant (Valduggery) that I could read? This doesn't mean a chance for you to promote your stories. If I saw any of that, then I'll immeadeatly delete that comment.

And any ideas for a new story title that im working on, slowly? It's a bit like Skulduggery, with the magic in it but not the characters and one direction in it. A girl sent to a mission with some other elders helping, filling in on part of the Skulduggery's role and they have to protect One Direction Because vampires are for some reason tring to capture them. There'll be romance, between some character,m which I wont tell. No Spoiling!!!

So please, if you have any ideas for it, do please tell me in private message and if I like the cover, you get the dedication for 3 chapters in which ever chapters you want. That goes for the same if any of you can make me a book cover for this book. Pretty please? Thank you soooooo much!!!

Chapter 6: Clarabelle, Smart?

Chapter 6: Clarabelle, Smart??

Some of the cleavers were freeing Valkyrie from the chains. They carefully lifted Valkyrie out and ran out of the room. As Ghastly followed them out.
They got in Ghastly's van and drove away. He sat at the window seat and stared out into the black night, with Valkyrie's head on his knee.
He was clenching and unclenching his fists without realising.
He suddenly heard a moaning sound,his head snapped down, saw that Valkyrie was awake and was sturggling to open her eyelids. He cursed under his breath.
"Valkyrie, go back to sleep. You are still to weak." He muttered
"Wa?" Valkyrie whispered. She tried to lift her head up but instead gave a sharp yelp, falling back to unconsciousness.
Ghastly slowly stroked her hair and stared back out to the black night again.
They arrived at Doctor Nye's base, which is under a school playground.
It used to be located in a old abandoned cinema. The Hibernian Cinema, but that was Kenspeckle Grouse's old lab.
The place where he took he's last breath, helping Skulduggery and Valkyrie saving the world.
Now doctor Nye has taken over the job of Kenspeckle.
He decided to move, from all the bad memories, and because the magic door stopped working.
Anyways, back to now.
One of the cleavers pulled the playground's slide. The slide went down, revealing a tunnel leading downwards. The first cleaver carried Valkyrie out of the van, and speedwalked down the tunnel. the rest of the cleavers and Ghastly followed him tightly behind.
They arrived at the healing lab, Clarabelle rushed out to greet them.
"Hey guys! How are you? Long time no se- what happened to Val? Is she dead?!"
"No, calm down Clarabelle. But she lost quiet a lot of blood."
"Oh. Doctor Nye is busy. I'll heal her."
"Um, Clarabelle, you sure you can?"
"Yeah! Of course. Yesterday I healed a man who was thinking that he got Mosquitos around him. Then he turned into a Wolf. I stopped him from doing it again!" Announced Clarabelle. "Now just follow me."
Everyone followed Clarabelle in to a room with medical equipments and a single bed.
"Now put her on the bed." instructed Clarabelle.
The Cleaver who was carrying Valkyrie laid her gently on the bed, and stepped away to guard the door. Another two cleavers were standing guard as well. Clarabelle came back with a silver needle dipped in a type of liquid.
She slowly inserted the needle into Valkyrie's arm.
As soon as the liquid was in her body, Valkyrie started thrashing, her body arched upwards. Ghastly, Clarabelle and the cleavers all rushed up to Valkyrie and pinned her body down.
"What's happening with Valkyrie?" cried Ghastly
"Don't worry." Clarabelle reassured.
"It's just a liquid to clean out any bad blood and heal the internal body up. Valkyrie has many damage in her body so it'll be extra painful but it'll soon blow over."
Just like Clarabelle had said before, the struggling eventually stopped. Clarabelle got out a scalpel. She made a small cut on Valkyrie's neck, and put a small glass vial under the wound.
"What are you doing, Clarabelle?" Ghastly asked suspiciously.
"The poison and bad blood in her body is now going to come out and it could infectious. I'm going investigate it to see if there is any bad stuff in it.
Just as she speaks, dark blood, yellow goo, green liquid and some dirt came out.
Clarabelle screwed the lid shut.
"Ok, Valkyrie should be waking up now. I'll be in the other room testing out this stuff." Clarabelle said holding up the vial.
"Ok. Thank you Clarabelle, for saving Valkyrie." Ghastly said sincerely.
"No problems at all!" Beamed Clarabelle. "Yay! Another operation success!" she said and skipped while humming out of the room.
After 3mins, Valkyrie's eyes fluttered open. She immediately sat up, looked around the room and panicked.
"Dont worry, Valkyrie. Your safe. Clarabelle saved you." comforted Ghastly.
"Clarabelle? Really??"
"Yeah. She was so down to earth like and there was one thug in her mind and that is to safe you. She suddenly got very professional. Even though it didn't last very long. She was back to her normal state after she finished."
"My god......." Valkyrie trailed off.
"Yes, indeed my god." chuckled Ghastly.
"Skulduggery is next door. He's slightly injured as well."
"Is he ok?" Asked Valkyrie.
"Um. Yeah he is. Do you want to go and see him?"
"Yes, of course!" Said Valkyrie as she hopped off the bed and padded over to Skulduggery's room.
She knocked on the door, and the door was almost immediately opened by a stranger. Probably from the sanctuary.
Valkyrie stepped in, and was surprised to see about 5 other people is in there. Including Ravel, the grand Mage and Madam mist. They were all wearing the same, solemn faces.
"Hey Valkyrie." said Ravel.
"Um, hi Ravel. What happened?"
"Um well-"

......
